The future of learning will be built on 22 values: Appreciation, Caring, Cooperation, Courage, Freedom, Friendship, Happiness, Honesty, Hope, Humility, Love, Patience, Peace, Quality, Respect, Responsibility, Simplicity, Thoughtfulness, Tolerance, Trust, Understanding & Unity. The teachers collaborate and work in groups to discover how the values come alive. Individuals take stock of their values and how they wish to lead their life.
For School Culture to thrive, the three most important qualities are Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. Diversity improves tolerance, empathy and critical thinking. Inclusion or Inclusive education provides a friendly atmosphere that helps in empowering students and Staff. Belonging is acceptance and pride of the Institution. These strong feelings build up confidence and belief, thereby transforming school culture, and ensure better learning outcomes.
